Harmonizing Online and Offline Experiences, Bits and Atoms
2019 - Ongoing As the ecosystem of human experiences shifts ever more towards the digital and away from physical infrastructure, I am interested in the right way to merge and share these experiences. It seems today that architects and software developers are only looking at two different sides ofthe same story, describing an elephant blind-folded.However, they are both correct and equally important. How can digital systems complement existing structures? How can the lessons and experience of the built environment inform digital interfaces? My goal is to become a designer who can code, in order to become a better designer online and offline. Mastering digital craftsmanship is the job of today's architect. We are, at the very end, trying to elevate the human experience, no matter the medium (bits or atoms) we choose.
